Payments + Returns
Returns + Exchanges
FULL PRICED items can be returned for a store credit or exchanged for another item if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Store credits do not have an expiry date.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
SALE or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Floorstock items are sold on an as-is basis and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns for a change of mind are at the expense of the customer and must be returned to us unassembled, unused and in original packaging.
Cash or electronic refunds are not available, we can not process a return until goods have been received by us.
If you wish to return an item please contact us at info@stacksfurniture.co.nz prior to sending.
If you have any concerns regarding delivery damage or a manufacturing fault please contact us at info@stacksfurniture.co.nz. In order for a return to be considered in these cases we require notification with 7 days.
Payment
Orders are considered final once full payment has been received by Stacks Furniture. Payment can be made with Visa/Mastercard through our website, by bank transfer or by Afterpay.
Accuracy
We go to great lengths to ensure all information and product information on our website is accurate. However some slight variances in stock and colour can occur – if you have any concerns about this then please just get in touch.
